Mr. Eyal Kaplan joined Walden Israel in 1995, shortly after the firm was founded and currently serves on the Boards of several Walden portfolio companies. Prior to joining Walden Israel, he was one of the early senior executives at Geotek Communications, a U.S. pioneering company specializing in wireless and mobile data technology. At Geotek, Mr. Kaplan held senior roles in business and strategic development and in marketing. He was a regular speaker at industry and Wall Street conferences on wireless communications and mobile data. He is the Chairman of the Wharton-Israel Alumni Club and a Board Member of the Technion Alumni Association. Mr. Kaplan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, an MA in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences at The Lauder Institute, the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
